Brand activations

The activation station where the machine is the content

Agencies ask us for “something people will film.” A multi-needle machine mid-stitch is exactly that — a mechanical performance with your brand on the backdrop and the guest’s name in the plot.

Why embroidery reads on camera

Heat presses are fast but visually instant — lid down, lid up, done. An embroidery head is choreography: the hoop slides, the needle bursts, color changes click through. Guests film the full stitch-out unprompted, and every clip carries your set design. We art-direct the station accordingly: thread walls as the backdrop, garment racks in brand colorways, machine positioned for an over-the-shoulder shot.

Formats we run for agencies

The flagship stitch. One hero garment — a chore coat, a varsity cardigan, a premium tote — personalized live for a limited guest list. Scarcity is the point; the RSVP is the mechanism.

The patch parlor. A menu of custom embroidered patches, pressed in sixty seconds, with the live machine handling names. This is the volume build from our conference case study — 900+ pieces over three days without the line ever stalling.

The after-dark build. Evening brand parties with the station lit as scenography. We’ve run stations under full-red club lighting — the machines don’t care, and the footage looks incredible.

What your production team gets

A one-page tech rider: 10×10 footprint (8×8 possible), one 120V/15A circuit per machine, load-in timing, and strike windows. We coordinate directly with your fabricator so the bar sits inside your build, not beside it. Insurance certificates and venue paperwork come standard.

Measurement, without the hand-waving

You’ll know exactly what the station produced: pieces finished per hour, peak queue windows, and which garment or patch options moved first. Agencies use those numbers two ways — proving the activation out to the client, and sizing the next one correctly instead of guessing. If the brief has a target, tell us; we’ll design the throughput to hit it and report against it honestly.
