Embroidery bar formats, matched to your room and your crowd

Every booking includes machines, trained operators, pre-event digitizing, a curated thread menu, and garments delivered to the venue. Below are the formats we configure most — mix them freely.

The monogram bar

Two- or three-letter initials in a set of pre-approved fonts, stitched on robes, terry slides, totes, or cap sides. Because monograms are short, stitch times stay under five minutes and the line moves at a genuinely social pace. This is the default for weddings, bridal showers, and gala gift lounges.

Best for: 40–250 guests · Typical stitch: 3–5 min

Cap & beanie name drops

First names stitched along the arc of a Richardson 112, a Flexfit crown, or a cuffed beanie. We pre-load name layouts so the operator only types, previews, and runs. Names read bigger than initials, so this format photographs loudest — plan for it near your step-and-repeat.

Best for: activations, retail popups, team events · Typical stitch: 4–6 min

Patch + stitch combo lane

Our favorite answer to big guest counts: a menu of pre-embroidered patches applied by heat press in about sixty seconds, running beside the live machine. Guests who want speed grab patches; guests who want the show wait for the needle. One crew, two throughput tiers, nobody leaves empty-handed.

Best for: 300+ guests, expo floors · Patch application: ~1 min

Logo & artwork runs

Your mark, digitized properly — underlay, density, and pull compensation tuned to the fabric — then stitched on staff apparel or premium gifts during the event. We test-sew every file on the actual garment before doors open, so the hundredth piece matches the first.

Best for: sponsor gifts, executive kits, uniform moments · Digitizing lead: 5–7 days

What arrives with every booking

Operators

Trained machine techs who also work the crowd — hooping, trimming, and narrating the stitch-out.

Digitizing & fonts

Logo files converted to stitch data, plus a vetted font kit for names and monograms.

Garments

Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan fleece, Richardson and Flexfit headwear, robes, and totes — or your supplied product.

Setup & strike

We load in before doors, run the event window, and clear the footprint on schedule with your venue.
